aurumwa.io is where we publish the house’s research and describe what the house does. Everything on it is general information, prepared without reference to any particular person’s circumstances, objectives or needs.

Nothing published here is financial advice, an offer, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Reading it creates no advisory relationship between you and Aurum, and you should not act on it without taking advice appropriate to your own situation.

Our advisory work is a separate thing entirely: it is individual, it is contracted in writing, and it begins with us understanding your circumstances. If you have not signed something with us, you are not an advisory client of ours.

• Every report states the date its data was cut. It represents our view at that date and we are under no obligation to update it, and generally will not.
• Where a figure is modelled rather than observed, the report says so and states its assumptions. Projections are arithmetic about an uncertain future, not forecasts of it.
• We take reasonable care with sources, but we do not warrant that third-party data we have relied on is accurate or complete.
• Past performance says nothing reliable about future performance.
• If we get something wrong we correct it in the piece itself, dated and marked, rather than editing it away.

The content of this site — text, reports, charts, the design and the marks — belongs to Aurum or to its licensors.

You are welcome to read it, print it for your own use, link to it, and quote a reasonable extract with attribution to Aurum Wealth Analytics and a link to the page you took it from. You may not republish a report in whole, sell it, put it behind your own paywall, present it as your own work, or use it to train a model, without our written permission.

Commissioned work belongs to the client who commissioned it. We keep no publishing rights over it.

Aurum Wealth Architect and the client-facing surfaces of this domain are governed by their own terms, presented to you when you sign in or are given access. Where those terms and these ones differ, those ones govern the service they cover.

We try to keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Where we link to a site we do not run, we are pointing at it, not endorsing it, and we are not responsible for what it contains.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Aurum is not liable for any loss — including any loss of profit, opportunity, or data — arising from your use of, or reliance on, anything published on this site.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.

We may amend these terms. The version in force is the one on this page, with the date at the top, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the amended terms.
